We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Phoenix AZ. Responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient examination and continuing functional evaluations.
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges.
- Supervise up to 2 PTA’s and 1 PTT.
- Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurse practitioners, massage therapists, and other specialists, to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management.
- Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, their care plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
- Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license
- 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting, especially in the context of workers' compensation or trauma cases is preferred
- Monday to Friday
- $90k - $105k per year
