We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Phoenix AZ. Ideally the incoming Physical Therapist has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, is willing to work in a collaborative environment and coordinate with other healthcare professionals and has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial patient examination and continuing functional evaluations.
  • Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges.
  • Supervise up to 2 PTA’s and 1 PTT.
  • Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurse practitioners, massage therapists, and other specialists, to ensure integrated care.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management.
  • Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, their care plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
  • Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Arizona Physical Therapy license
  • 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting, especially in the context of workers' compensation or trauma cases is preferred
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Salary:
  • $90k - $105k per year
