We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team. This is a full-time position providing care at our Bowie and Upper Marlboro, MD offices, approximately 15 minutes apart.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PA or NP who enjoys helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and get back to a more active lifestyle.
We offer a supportive team environment, manageable workload, no weekends, call, or holidays, and office hours that end early on Fridays.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions
- Perform patient exams and review medical histories, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize a multimodal approach to care, including medication management, physical therapy, and bracing when appropriate
- Review and explain test results with patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other providers
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Maryland PA or NP license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- $130,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience + Productivity bonus opportunity
- No weekends | No call or holidays | Early Friday hours
