This is a unique opportunity for an RN who excels at patient consultation, education, treatment-plan presentation, and case acceptance.
This is not a traditional bedside nursing position. Your primary focus will be working directly with patients, explaining treatment recommendations, presenting care plans, answering questions, and helping patients confidently move forward with their care.

What You'll Do
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments within your scope of practice
- Review findings and explain treatment options
- Present comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients and answer questions about recommended care
- Discuss treatment costs and payment options
- Help improve patient case acceptance and follow-through
- Provide ongoing patient-care oversight and support
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
- Participate in occasional educational and social media content
- Active Texas RN license
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing costs
- Strong consultative sales and closing skills
- Comfortable working toward performance and conversion goals
- Energetic, confident, organized, and team-oriented
- Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus
- $70K–$80K base salary +$40K–$80K+ additional performance compensation for a Potential total compensation: $110,000–$160,000+
