- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients to educate them on treatment options and services
- Guide patients through the decision-making process using a consultative, patient-first sales approach
- Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently discuss pricing and treatment plans
- Follow structured call processes and scripts while maintaining a natural, empathetic tone
- Track leads, follow up consistently, and manage a pipeline of prospective patients
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact to treatment
- (Secondary) Support referral growth efforts through relationship-building with local providers and community outreach
- Proven experience in sales, preferably high-ticket, consultative, or phone-based sales
- Strong ability to build trust quickly and communicate value to prospective clients/patients
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence without being pushy
- Experience in healthcare, medical sales, or call center environments is a plus but not required
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000
- Bonus: $40,000 – $60,000+ (based on performance)
- Total Compensation Potential: $90,000 – $130,000+
