Medical Assistant Tulsa OK
We are looking for a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our practice full time in Tulsa OK. Ideally the incoming Medical Assistant has care experience, and is proficient in phone triage, rooming patients, assessing vitals, and is dedicated to helping others. We have a diverse population, so the incoming Medical Assistant must be willing to care for patients of all ages and be Bilingual in Spanish to assist in patient care.

As a walk-in Urgent care clinic, we provide services such as, physical exams, onsite labs, x-rays, immunizations, occupational/school/sports health, and treatment of acute/unexpected injuries and illnesses. We offer affordable care with minimal wait times, advanced technology diagnostics, licensed professionals, and supportive staff in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the M.D. and extending providers with patient care including, but not limited to patient triage, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, injury treatment (lacerations, fractures), bracing and injections.
  • Maintain cleanliness of exam and surgical rooms. Disinfect included.
  • Inventory and account for surgical instruments, medical supplies, braces etc.
  • Administer back-office operations and perform duties as necessary.
  • Maintain the OSHA engineering controls log sheet.
  • Document all services performed for patients.
  • Receive and process laboratory results.
  • Enter patient and other data into computer as needed.
  • Assist in general office operations as needed including filing, phones, chart preparation, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining office in neat, clean and orderly fashion.
Requirements:
  • Medical Assistance Certification
  • CMA license in OK
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Schedule:
  • Full time with weekend availability (flexibility with 3 or 4 shifts per week)
Salary (range):
  • $15-$24/hr depending on experience
