Psychologist OR Mental Health Counselor Waldorf MD
We are looking for a psychologist or Mental Health Counselor/Therapist to join our practice in the Southern Maryland and Northern VA areas. This incoming Psychologist/Therapist will be providing high quality patient care, individualized psychotherapy. Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD). We are flexible in our need and can accommodate someone looking for either part time 2-3 days a week (16-24 hours per week) or Full time (Mon-Friday). We prefer the provider offers onsite care but are open to Telehealth options as well. We have offices in both Southern MD and Northern VA so the incoming provider preferably has licensure in both MD and VA, but we will consider providers solely licensed in either state. We offer flexibility in location(s) practiced depending on where the candidate lives but our offices are in Waldorf, Hyattsville, Camp Springs, Silver Spring, Columbia, and Laurel.

Job Duties:
- Therapeutic Services: Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy
- Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances.
- Progress Monitoring: Meet regularly with the Care Team to discuss patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals.
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of Maryland and/or VA (huge plus if licensed in both VA and MD)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Part time (2-3 days per week) or Full time (Mon-Friday)
- $40-$50/ hour (depending on experience, training, and licensure)
