Medical Sales Representative Aloha OR (10 miles W of Portland)
We are looking for a motivated and driven Medical Sales Representative to join our medical practice in Aloha, OR. The Medical Sales Rep is responsible for building patient relationship and trust, delivering a financial breakdown of the overall Care Plan, closing/selling the care packages, as well as going out to the community to meet with personal injury attorneys and marketing our services. This is a performance-based role and perfect for a highly qualified sales professional looking for competitive pay. This position will require training at our office in Salem and may require traveling their occasionally, given our office needs.
The Sales Rep must be a highly motivated, competitive individual that has experience in sales. We are looking for a skilled "deal closer" who can professionally overcome objections from patients while articulating to the patient the benefits of our services. They are expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them in the treatment processes. Achieving year over year sales growth by increasing gross revenue for the clinics are a must through feedback to marketing spend and through community outreach and referrals from other medical practices!
Duties:
Perform an initial consultation on new patients to determine motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient
Attend Team Meeting to report on motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient
Understand our services and be able to close patients based on recommendations of the medical provider
Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders
Sell care packages- closing deals, understanding and overcoming objections
Understanding the Sales Cycle, utilizing and personalizing sales script
Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork
Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
Execute patient/attorney marketing and follow up calls
Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
Marketing services to personal attorneys and the community, to include giving presentations about regen med
Daily training
Achieve the monthly sales quota

Ability to overcome objections with confidence
Must have Extensive Sales experience

Full time
Compensation:
$3,500 to $4,000/Month plus sales bonuses
Performance Based bonuses- opportunity to make $150,000 to $300,000+/ year (including base)
