As part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care while working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care. What You'll Do
Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories
Administer medications, injections, treatments, and other nursing procedures
Respond to urgent medical concerns and assist with emergency care when needed
Monitor patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
Assist providers with examinations and treatment plans
Coordinate patient care, referrals, and medical transports
Maintain medication records and ensure regulatory compliance
Support infection control procedures and specimen collection
Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to the medical department
Assist with credentialing, medical documentation, data entry, billing support, and confidential record management
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania LPN license
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Experience in healthcare, emergency medicine, hospital, long-term care, or other high-acuity settings is preferred
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
