Medical Practice Sales Consultant (Patient-Focused) – Quincy, MA We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Practice Sales Consultant to join our growing medical group full-time in Quincy, MA. This role is primarily focused on direct patient sales, guiding prospective patients through the decision-making process and helping them commit to care that can significantly improve their quality of life. This is not a traditional marketing or outreach role—this position centers on consultative selling to patients, primarily over the phone. The ideal candidate is confident discussing treatment options, handling objections, and closing high-value cases with empathy and professionalism. Candidates with experience in high-ticket sales, consultative sales, or phone-based closing are strongly encouraged to apply, as these skills translate exceptionally well to our model.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients to educate them on treatment options and services
Guide patients through the decision-making process using a consultative, patient-first sales approach
Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently discuss pricing and treatment plans
Follow structured call processes and scripts while maintaining a natural, empathetic tone
Track leads, follow up consistently, and manage a pipeline of prospective patients
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact to treatment
(Secondary) Support referral growth efforts through relationship-building with local providers and community outreach
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably high-ticket, consultative, or phone-based sales
Strong ability to build trust quickly and communicate value to prospective clients/patients
Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence
Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence without being pushy
Experience in healthcare, medical sales, or call center environments is a plus but not required
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000
Bonus: $40,000 – $60,000+ (based on performance)
Total Compensation Potential: $90,000 – $130,000+
