We are a physician-owned California telehealth practice focused on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing virtual care team. This is a fully remote opportunity starting at approximately 20–30 hours per week, with the potential to increase as patient volume grows.

We are a physician-owned California telehealth practice focused on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing virtual care team. This is a fully remote opportunity starting at approximately 20–30 hours per week, with the potential to increase as patient volume grows.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial telehealth consultations
- Complete 30-day patient follow-ups and quarterly lab reviews
- Prescribe and manage treatments including TRT/HRT, GLP-1 weight management, and peptide therapies
- Review labs and adjust treatment plans according to established clinical protocols
- Provide ongoing patient education and virtual follow-up care
- Document and manage patient care through EHR
- Prescribe through contracted 503A pharmacies
- Practice under our supervising physician and established standardized procedures
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active California license required
- Active NPI and DEA registration
- Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications, hormone therapy, and peptide therapies within applicable scope and protocols- previous experience preferred
- Previous telehealth experience required
- Cerbo EHR experience is a major plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Additional State Licenses are a Plus
- $100 per hour
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week to start
- Fully remote / telehealth
- Opportunity for hours to grow with patient volume
- System credentialing and onboarding provided
