We are looking for a reliable team player, who loves collaborating with our fantastic group of providers to give the highest level of care to our patients! Our ideal candidate is a DPT with an enthusiasm to work with a team of open-minded, goal oriented, and health forward providers. Our team is collaborative with a comprehensive approach, working to not only enhance physical health but also improve overall quality of life. The incoming Physical Therapist should feel comfortable treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, have excellent communication and documentation skills, and value working in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Duties:
- Patient consultation- Review health and medical histories, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and physical examinations
- Implementing physical therapy treatment programs and discharge planning based on each patient's particular needs
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
- Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
- Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
- Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals and admin staff for comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice
- Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
- Attend staff meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred)
- PT License in NY
- Recent grads welcome to apply
Schedule:
- Full time
Compensation:
- $85k-$100k (Depending on experience)
- PTO/Sick days and Holidays
