We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Panama City FL. The incoming physician assistant or nurse practitioner will be working within primary care, seeing primary care patients, along with women’s health, allergy testing, and treating various musculoskeletal conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate as we will provide training in all areas of care as needed.

Duties:
- Patient care and management- initial medical consults and patient follow up (primary care, women’s health, allergies, ortho)
- Recommend tests and conducts diagnostic testing to determine diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
- Order Diagnostic labs/imaging /allergy testing as needed
- Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatments
- Treatments to include joint and trigger point injections (will provide training)
- Documentation - timely and accurate
- Order/refer for additional therapies as needed
- Collaboration with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
- Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s goals
- Participate in morning provider meetings
- Assist in marketing when needed
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted NP/PA license to practice in FL
- Mon-Friday with office hours ending at 1 on Friday
- $120k - $150k plus performance bonuses
