Position Highlights
- $100–$105 per Hour
- Part-Time 1–2 Days Per Month, Flexible Schedule
- Collaborative Multidisciplinary Environment
- Modern Outpatient & ASC Setting
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, consultations, and follow-up visits
- Review and interpret MRI, CT, Doppler Ultrasound, and other diagnostic studies
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as appropriate
- Collaborate with Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Interventional Pain, Orthopedic, and Vascular providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Perform in-office procedures including Trigger Point / joint Injections, Botox for Migraine management, TRT, BHRT, PRP treatments
- Assist in outpatient orthopedic spine procedures within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
- Experience performing injections and office-based procedures preferred
- Comfortable reviewing advanced imaging and coordinating specialty referrals
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
