By combining multiple specialties under one roof, we deliver individualized treatment plans that lead to exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, re-examinations, and medical assessments
Review medical histories, diagnostic imaging, and clinical records
Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform trigger point, joint, and other therapeutic injections
Utilize diagnostic ultrasound during patient evaluations and procedures
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care
Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
Prepare medical narratives and complete Workers' Compensation and insurance documentation
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary providers to ensure outstanding patient care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
Active California PA or NP license
Experience performing trigger point and joint injections preferred
Experience using diagnostic ultrasound preferred
Experience treating Federal Workers' Compensation patients preferred
