Ideally, the incoming Chiropractor is fluent in Spanish/Bilingual, is comfortable with sales and is a excellent communicator.

Duties:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, lifestyle modifications, services provided, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care adjustments diversified, neuropathy, decompression, rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Drive Growth: Assist in recruiting new patients through internal and external lead generation activities
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Attend team meetings as needed
- Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program
- Chiropractic license in CA
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Full time -Mon-Friday
- $95k-$120k per year Salary (Depending On Experience) plus bonuses
- Bonus structure (potential $25k+ annually with weekly payouts)
- Vacation/PTO, sick, and Holidays
- Fully paid annual work trip- (1 week trip to Europe this year!)
