We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient clinic in Granite City, IL. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, strong support staff, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care (acute & chronic conditions)
• Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Prescribe medications, immunizations, and patient education
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MAs, nurses, behavioral health)
• Maintain timely, accurate EHR documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• MD/DO with BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active Illinois license (or ability to obtain)
• Open to recent grads
• Team-oriented with strong patient care focus
