Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) Hartford, CT Part-Time | 1-3 Days per Week $80-$90 per Hour + Performance Bonus An established outpatient regenerative medicine practice in the Hartford area is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with an interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal medicine who enjoys helping patients improve function, reduce pain, and avoid unnecessary surgery. The ideal candidate has experience in orthopedics, physical medicine, family medicine, or sports medicine. Experience with joint and trigger point injections is preferred, although additional procedural training is available. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluations
Obtain medical histories and conduct focused physical examinations
Review and interpret imaging studies, including X-rays and MRIs
Develop diagnoses and individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
Perform joint and trigger point injections
Assist with regenerative medicine procedures (training provided)
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with supervising physicians and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
Active Connecticut PA or NP license
Experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation, sports medicine, or family medicine preferred
Experience with joint and trigger point injections preferred
Comfortable performing office-based procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule
Part-time
1-3 days per week
Typical 10-hour shifts
Compensation & Benefits
