We are seeking a confident and motivated Chiropractor to join our established, growing practice in Hampton, VA, just 15 miles north of Norfolk. This is a W-2 employed position with a guaranteed base salary plus up to $20,000 in additional performance compensation when on target.
Even better—you won't be starting from scratch. You'll step into an established patient base with strong new-patient flow and an experienced clinical and administrative team supporting you.

What You'll Do
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and extremity adjusting
- Conduct patient exams, re-exams, and progress evaluations
- Take and review X-rays and clinical findings
- Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
- Educate patients and clearly communicate recommendations
- Identify patients who may benefit from rehabilitation, spinal decompression, or other supportive therapies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with our experienced clinical and support team
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Virginia chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
- Confident, skilled full-spine adjuster who is comfortable with techniques such as Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator
- Pediatric experience and Webster Certification are a plus, but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
