We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chiropractor to join our integrated team full time in Cleveland, OH. We have a well-respected and dynamic multidisciplinary team and we need a chiropractor who can focus on doing what they do best- taking care of their patients! Ideally, the incoming Chiropractor is a fantastic adjuster, excellent team player who can multitask, and is comfortable working in a welcoming multidisciplinary team environment. A huge plus if the chiropractor 300 acupuncture cert for Ohio!

Duties:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments diversified, graston, Cox, thompson, activator, gonstead. CBP, SOT and assist with estim, traction, manual therapies (acupuncture if certified)
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in OH
- 300 acupuncture certifications for Ohio is a plus (and will reflect in salary)
- Full time
- $90k to $105k plus bonuses (Depending on exp and training) Salary range will increase further if acupuncture certification
