Duties:
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient care
- Create and manage care plans
- Educate patients and drive strong retention and outcomes
- Utilize therapies such as spinal decompression, Class IV laser, and digital X-ray (training available)
- Lead and mentor Chiropractic Assistants and staff
- Oversee daily clinic flow and patient experience
- Run team meetings and support staff development
- Collaborate with ownership on clinic performance and growth
- Participate in local events, screenings, and outreach
- Help drive new patient growth and clinic visibility
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Active Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency or certification in spinal decompression and/or Class IV Laser management highly preferred
- Strong adjusting, communication, and leadership skills
- A team player with a growth mindset and community focus
- Full time
- $100k–$120k base + performance bonus
