Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Help patients improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, coordination, strength, and independence
- Provide therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive equipment, and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a positive and supportive environment
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- New Jersey Occupational Therapy License
