We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Chiropractor to join our well-established, multidisciplinary practice in Hutchinson, KS. For over 20 years, our multidisciplinary clinic has delivered a unique blend of chiropractic biophysics, alternative medicine, regenerative therapies, hormone replacement, IV therapy, and advanced wellness care. We have an amazing team of chiropractic, APRN/RN, and strong administrative support that collaborates to provide the best care possible. Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and exams (including some X-rays)
- Educate patients on care plans, treatment options, and long-term wellness strategies
- Present and recommend treatment plans, helping patients commit to care
- Perform chiropractic adjustments using Activator, Thompson, and Diversified techniques
- Complete accurate documentation, coding, and daily notes for all services
- Collaborate with our medical team on integrative treatment approaches (regenerative medicine, IV therapy, hormone optimization)
- Build strong patient relationships to support retention and outcomes
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and active Kansas license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient education/sales confidence
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, wellness-focused clinic
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000
- Bonus: Performance-based (collections-driven)
- Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
- Vacation: 1 week PTO
