Medical Practice Marketing Representative Odenton, MD We are looking for a Medical Practice Marketing Representative to join our medical group full time in Odenton, MD. We are looking for a Marketing representative who can increase patient referrals through marketing and building lasting relationships with healthcare and legal professionals across Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties. We have multiple clinic sites across Maryland, and this position will focus mainly on covering the referral sources around our Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties. This is an outside sales position, and the rep will need reliable transportation. Our business meetings will be held at our Odenton office, but the marketing representative should be comfortable with daily travel amongst the designated counties. Must have experience promoting medical offices, or some relevant experience such as medical sales, medical device sales, and/or pharmaceutical rep experience.

Increase patient referrals through marketing the care and services offered by our award-winning medical clinic
Provide feedback from referral sources and market trends
Assists in organizing, attending, executing, and managing events with the medical community, legal community and public
Build lasting relationships with healthcare and legal professionals to increase patient referrals
Organize and attend a variety of meetings to grow referrals and strengthen relationships
Compile, maintain and updates a database of referral sources and leads
Facilitate networking and communication between physicians and outside referral sources
Create and comply with a daily marketing schedule
Typed, detailed documentation of daily face to face meetings with potential and current referral sources
Requirements and Abilities:
Highly professional in appearance, tone and delivery and an effective communicator
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
Strong follow-through and results tracking to achieve measurable targets
Sales/marketing specific background or education with focus on consultative selling
Experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical sales preferred
Strong customer service skills, customer service driven, positive attitude
The ability to interact with, support, and influence positively the behavior and activities of referring physicians, attorneys, industry partners, superiors and staff/co-employees
Must be an exceptional listener, with the proven ability to problem-solve to issues discussed
Required to be proficient in Windows based technologies (ex. Word, Excel)
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Schedule:
Full time
Total Compensation (range):
$65k-$75k per year (with bonus compensation and depending on experience)
