Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with hands-on experience performing Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), Varithena, Venaseal, or other minimally invasive vein procedures? We're seeking an experienced provider to join a rapidly expanding outpatient vein practice with 8 locations throughout the Phoenix Valley and 20,000+ successful procedures performed. Responsibilities
Perform minimally invasive vein procedures including Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) and Varithena
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Diagnose and manage chronic venous disease
Educate patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and recovery
Collaborate with physicians, ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and clinical staff
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Travel between Phoenix-area clinic locations as needed
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
Minimum 1 year of hands-on vein procedure experience
Experience performing RFA and Varithena strongly preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient procedural practice
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
BLS required; ACLS preferred
