We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Surprise, AZ. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor has excellent Manual adjustment skills, a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, great communication skills, who is self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn our protocols and systems.

Duties:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/ Digital X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Case management of patients
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments of spine and extremities, rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) writing daily notes and billing into EMR system
- Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care- working with medical provider to maximize patients' treatment and recovery
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in AZ
- Must have great manual adjusting skills
- Full time (Mon- Fri)
- $70k-$100k
