We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our growing outpatient vascular practice serving Woodbridge, Fairfax, and Fredericksburg, VA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon with strong endovascular and minimally invasive skills who wants significant earning potential in an established, growing outpatient practice. The position offers a $350,000 base salary plus a production-based bonus, with some of our current surgeons earning approximately $750,000–$1 million annually with production incentives. You'll join an established vascular group operating since 2011, with modern office-based procedural facilities, an established referral network, and plans for continued growth, including expansion into an ASC model.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat arterial and venous conditions, including PAD, chronic venous insufficiency, dialysis access disease, aneurysmal disease, and thrombotic disorders
- Perform outpatient endovascular procedures including:
- Angiography
- Angioplasty and stenting
- Atherectomy
- Thrombectomy
- Venous ablation
- Dialysis access interventions
- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and vascular technologists
- Help support the continued growth of the vascular program throughout Northern Virginia
- MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Active or eligible for Virginia medical licensure
- Strong endovascular and minimally invasive procedural skills
- Office Based Lab experience preferred but not required
- Excellent clinical and patient communication skills
- $350K base salary + Production-based bonus with significant earning potential
- Some current surgeons earning $750K–$1M annually with production incentives
