Total Compensation up to $80K | No Weekends
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Port St. Lucie, FL. We specialize in helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized rehabilitation.
What You'll Do
  • Guide patients through therapeutic and corrective exercises
  • Progress individualized rehabilitation programs
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Perform therapeutic modalities within scope
  • Educate and motivate patients
  • Complete accurate daily documentation
  • Communicate with PTs and other providers
Qualifications
  • Active Florida PTA license
  • Minimum 2 years of PTA experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Positive, patient-focused attitude
Schedule & Compensation
  • $65,000–$74,000 base salary + $2,500–$6,000 annual bonus potential
  • Tuesday & Thursday – half days
  • No weekends
  • 1 week paid vacation
  • Free 1-hour massage each month
  • Office products available at cost
