Position Highlights
- Join an established pediatric team with 2 pediatricians
- Provide 7-day/week pediatric access with a schedule designed to complement existing providers
- Comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including Well-child visits, Sick visits, Preventive care, Chronic condition management, and Parent education and guidance
- Modern EMR
- Dedicated 1:1 nursing support
- Coders provided so physicians are not responsible for billing codes
- Marketing support for provider growth and visibility
- Diagnose and treat pediatric acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine wellness exams and developmental screenings
- Provide immunization counseling and preventive care
- Manage same-day sick visits and urgent pediatric concerns
- Educate families on treatment plans and healthy development
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary providers
- MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Full time vs Part time (2-3 days/week)
- Minimal traditional call burden-occasionally receive Critical lab/imaging result calls after hours or Urgent patient-related questions from clinic staff if needed
- $175k potential salary and bonuses
