Do you have medical marketing/sales experience, understand people, and love helping others? We are seeking an office marketing manager that knows the concierge /cash medical office model. Must have managed an office that saw at least 100 patients per week with collections of $75k+/month. Closing Financial arrangements with patients is a must as well. If this sounds like you, then we want you and your unique skills to join our reputable, knowledgeable, and well-respected team! We are looking for an office manager to assistant running the offices, provide marketing, as well as to promote our in-office therapies and treatment protocols. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, a great communicator and team player!

Duties:
- Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
- Assist with leading Team Meetings
- Deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders, and Closing Financial arrangements with patients
- Execute patient follow up calls and Marketing recalls
- Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
- Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans
- Collaborate with the office staff for comprehensive patient care
- Ensure efficient written and oral communication (phones, email)
- Maintain an organized office

Qualifications:
- Medical office Marketing experience- Must have marketed for an office that saw at least 100 patients per week with collections of $75k+/month (or at least 85% cash sales)
- Understanding and knowledge of the concierge /cash medical office model
- Entrepreneurially orientated, driven to succeed and a commitment to achieve results
- Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trust
- Ability to make decisions, offer strong recommendations, and take responsibility for results
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Ability to overcome objections with confidence
- Team orientation and strong collaborator
- Strong marketing background and excellent phone skills
- Desire to define and take massive action to accomplish your own personal, professional and financial goals. Taking initiative to make goals come to fruition.
- Assist with implementation of all systems and procedures
- Tracking and measuring weekly and monthly collections to help us reach collections goals.
- Full time
- $25-35/hr or $52k+ yr plus bonus compensation
- Bonus compensation based on sales/performance
