We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Medical Assistant to join our medical team full time in Fresno, CA. Ideally, we are looking for an energetic, punctual, responsible, and hard-working person. We are a multispecialty office and are one of the only in the industry. We see many patients daily and are looking for a great addition to our already stellar team! The incoming candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining patient relationships throughout their care with us. This position requires high-level interaction with others, and you will participate in educating the patients about their Neuropathy. This position will focus on understanding patient needs and wants, helping them overcome obstacles and empathizing with their struggles and challenges while influencing them to do what is in their best interest to improve their quality of life. The MA/Neuropathy Technician delivers the best standard of care possible by coaching patients to maintain their commitment and graduate with a better quality of life.

Performance Objectives:
- Develop emotional connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
- Educate the patient on Nutrition
- Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork
- Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
- Execute patient follow up calls
- Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
- Medical Assistant Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls for the clinic
- Scheduling patients for their treatment using our EMR
- Assisting patients with their Light Treatment
- Coordinating the doctors' schedules and helping their workflow
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Excellent Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
Schedule:
- Full time Mon – Fri (office hours end at 1 on Fridays)
- $21/hr Possible weekly BONUSES in addition to hourly pay
