Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive treatment experience
- Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
- New Jersey Physical Therapy License
