We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Spanish Fork, Utah. This is a part-time opportunity with significant growth potential.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a patient-focused environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Supervise support staff and therapy assistants as appropriate
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
Schedule:
• Preferred schedule of two 10-hour shifts per week
• Opportunity for future expansion to full-time hours
Compensation:
• Competitive compensation package $45-$50 per hour
• Benefits available based on employment status
