- Perform patient evaluations, exams, and re-examinations
- Review medical histories and develop individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans
- Perform intra-articular joint and soft-tissue injections, with training as needed
- Deliver and support regenerative medicine treatment protocols within your scope of practice
- Educate patients about appropriate non-pharmaceutical and non-surgical treatment options
- Monitor progress, conduct follow-ups, and adjust care plans with the team
- Complete accurate, timely charting and clinical documentation
Who we are looking for:
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain one before starting
- Strong commitment to conservative, patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Experience in orthopedics, pain management, sports medicine, or physical medicine and rehabilitation preferred
- Joint or soft-tissue injection experience, especially ultrasound-guided (we can provide training)
- Interest in regenerative medicine
