Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner -Clinic Director Palm City FL (Port St. Lucie)
We are looking for a motivated and organized Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to be our Clinic Director to lead our integrated primary care and regenerative medicine practice full time in Palm City, FL. This position involves overseeing daily operations, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration between primary care providers, chiropractors, and physical therapists, and advancing innovative treatments like IV nutrition, regenerative medicine therapy, PRP therapy, and functional medicine. The Clinical Director will ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all facets of the practice. Ideally, the incoming provider has managerial/leadership skills and experience, as well as a thorough knowledge in or interest in Regen/Functional medicine. This position is a leadership /managerial position leading the clinic in growth and progress, and patient care is limited to chart/case reviews, recommendations of treatments offered within the office along with the multidisciplinary team, and potential referrals to other intraoffice providers.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Clinical Leadership and Oversight
  • Oversee patient flow to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality care delivery.
  • Monitor and address immediate clinical or operational challenges.
  • Manage daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and clinic performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain efficient clinic operations and meet key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate coordination between primary care providers, chiropractors, and physical therapists for patient-centered care plans. 
  • Lead daily team huddles to align goals, review patient schedules, and address workflow issues.
  • Ensure the clinic meets all accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on growth strategies for the clinic.
  • Analyze practice performance metrics, including patient volume, revenue, and treatment outcomes.
  • Organize training sessions on new protocols, treatments, and clinical innovations or technologies.
  • Review and manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote clinic’s services and organize educational events and workshops.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Host team meetings to celebrate achievements, address challenges, and outline upcoming priorities.
  • Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events to stay current with industry trends and innovations.
  • Participate in or organize community events to promote the clinic and its services.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner program
  • Strong leadership/management skills required
  • Knowledge of or interest in Regen/Functional Med preferred
Salary (range):
  • $105k-$130k + with a percentage of gross collections on certain sectors of the business.
