We are seeking a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner who is reliable, values integrity, and is passionate about reimagining what healthcare can look like for children and families.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based medical care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence.
- Conduct well-child exams, preventive care visits, and acute care visits in alignment with AAP guidelines and lifestyle medicine principles.
- Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with caregivers, with attention to individualized care and clear communication.
- Document all encounters thoroughly and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Respond to patient messages and results in a timely manner, with support from clinical team.
- Participate in rotating after-hours call coverage, limited to phone triage only (no hospital or nursery rounds).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and front office staff, to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
- Support and embody our mission, vision, and values, including our emphasis on prevention, longevity, and lifestyle medicine.
- Uphold clinic standards for impeccable service, first-class care, and a fun, welcoming environment for patients and families.
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement efforts, and occasional community events to support clinic engagement and culture.
- Maintain current Washington state medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
- Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Washington
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of experience in pediatrics
- Knowledgeable or interested in lifestyle medicine
- Full time 4 days per week 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- $130k-$150k + bonus potential
- 4 weeks’ Vacation plus 1 week CME
