Anesthesiologist Dallas (DFW) TX
We are looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our Anesthesiology group in the Dallas Fort Worth area. We are a dynamic, thriving Anesthesiology group and we are growing and looking for quality teammates! Our well-respected Anesthesiology team, with exceptional training backgrounds, is comprised of physicians only, no CRNA and no care team. Our team covers North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and the surrounding areas, so there are many options on where to live! We have several opportunities available, depending on the wants of the incoming anesthesiologist to include non-cardiac with no calls and no weekends, with flexible hours ending at either 3:30 or 5 pm, to Cardiac full coverage with calls and partnership opportunities.
We play leadership roles in the facilities we serve, which are in Dallas Fort Worth areas. The Anesthesiologist usually works in one facility in any given day. We do not cover trauma or OB. We have a strong history with over 25 years of care, strong current practice base and we take pride in our culture of quality, integrity, teamwork, and strong work ethic. We are well positioned for continued success in thriving locations. Our General Non-Cardiac positions are within private practice settings, and we offer productivity incentives and/or profit sharing. We assist with a wide range of procedures to include cardiac, thoracic, EP, spine, neurological, vascular, general and optional pediatric.

Requirements:
- BCBE General Non-Cardiac or Cardiac Anesthesiologist
- Active Medical License in TX
- Full time with hours depending on schedule/tract chosen
- No in house call, no trauma, and no OB coverage
- $430k-$715k+ potentially exceeding $770k total compensation (depending on programs and call structures)
- Additional productivity incentives and profit-sharing
- Bonus compensation potential $25k
