We are looking for a Neurologist to join our medical team in Lafayette LA. We offer a flexible position in a hybrid role with a focus on telehealth visits but will require in office visits 2-3 days per month for direct patient care. Ideally the incoming Neurologist has experience with concussion and brain injuries. We are building one of the region’s most comprehensive neurological programs dedicated to concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and PTSD related to personal injury. We have an established integrated medical network that already provides diagnostics, rehabilitation, and coordinated care — allowing the neurologist to focus on high-value neurological decision-making. We have strong patient demand, structured referral pathways, and a clinical model designed around efficiency and objective documentation.

Clinical Focus:
- Concussion and mild-to-moderate TBI
- Post-concussion syndrome and cognitive dysfunction
- PTSD-related neurological presentations
- Headaches and neurobehavioral symptoms following trauma
- Objective neurological evaluations and treatment planning
- Board-Certified Neurologist (active or eligible for Louisiana licensure)
- Comfortable practicing via telemedicine platforms
- Interest in neurotrauma, concussion care, or functional neurological recovery
- Experience with TBI, neurocognitive testing, vestibular dysfunction, or personal injury-related neurological conditions is a strong plus.
- Hybrid work model with significant schedule flexibility with majority televisits performed remotely (3-5 telehealth visits per week to start)
- Scheduled in-person clinic days in Louisiana (typically 2-3 days per month)

Compensation:
- Based on current volume (3–5 televisits/week plus 1–2 clinic days/month), expected compensation in the $6,000–$10,000/month range initially, with substantial upside as the program grows
