We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team full time in Chicago, IL. This opportunity offers the chance to work collaboratively with a well experienced multidisciplinary team—including physicians, occupational therapy, rehab, and clinical staff. This position offers a high level of autonomy to provide the highest level of care to patients, with an off-site supervising orthopedic physician for support and collaboration as needed. Must be an independent learner and willing to be a leader within the practice. In this position, the Nurse Practitioner will be providing joint injections, tendon injections, trigger point injections, and comprehensive medical examinations. Experience with these types of treatments is preferred but we can provide training for the right candidate.

We are an integrated rehab/medical clinic located in Old Town, Chicago that has served our community for over 20 years. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide well rounded care, helping our patients reach their health and wellness goals.
Duties:
  • Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging
  • Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs, and testing
  • Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
  • Treatments to include joint injections, tendon injections, and trigger point injections
  • Referral to other providers as indicated
  • Documentation- timely and accurate
  • Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Nurse Practitioner license in IL
  • Must live within commutable distance in Chicago
  • Experience with joint injections, tendon injections, and trigger point injections preferred but we can provide training for the right candidate
Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday (8-6)
Salary (range):
  • $130k-$150k/ year (depending on training and experience) plus potential bonus compensation
