We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist for our growing practice in Farmington Hills MI. We’re seeking a results-oriented Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients heal and who thrives in a high-quality, clinical environment that has a strong emphasis on regenerative modalities. Some treatments that we use are shockwave therapy, laser therapy, aquatic therapy using an underwater treadmill, dry needling, cupping, and other state-of-the-art interventions. You will have the autonomy to implement a multi-modal, evidence-informed approach to pain management and rehabilitation, giving patients non-surgical, high-value treatment options tailored to their needs. Ideally an OMPT with experience handling patients with spinal disorders would be preferred.

We are an established interventional pain clinic with over 25 years of experience within the community, and we are also growing a regenerative medicine practice. Our clinic treats commercially insured patients with musculoskeletal pain, joint degeneration, and spine-related conditions. We focus on function-based rehab that complements advanced biologic therapies such as PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and prolotherapy. We treat and provide a variety of conditions to include chronic musculoskeletal pain (spine, hips, knees, shoulders), joint degeneration in active adults, post-injection rehab for PRP, prolotherapy, or joint injections, and active aging and athletic individuals seeking non-surgical solutions.

Duties:
- Conducting patient evaluations
- Treat a wide variety of orthopedic and chronic pain patients using progressive rehab protocols
- Coordinate care with physical therapist assistants (PTAs) when appropriate and Supervise PTAs as needed
- Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent communication with both patients and the staff
- Provide exemplary patient care and be able to work in a professional manner with a team.
- Regular patient re-evals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Integrate DME, bracing, and reevaluations into care plans when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate closely with physicians performing PRP, prolotherapy, and interventional injections
- Track and meet clinic KPIs: total units billed, cancellations, and documentation rates
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapist license in MI
- Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient ortho or chronic pain experience preferred
- Strong interest in regenerative medicine, movement science, or manual therapy
- Familiarity with tools like BFR, SFMA, FMS, dry needling is a plus
- Full time or Part time
- $40-$50/hr plus bonus opportunities (~85k-$105k/year depending on schedule chosen and experience)
