We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our established and growing family wellness practice in Hampton, VA, just 15 miles north of Norfolk. Enjoy a great work-life balance with no weekends, no late hours, and Friday afternoons off!
Our practice has served the Hampton community for nearly 10 years and treats patients of all ages, including a large population of families, children, and expectant mothers. We are looking for a confident adjuster who enjoys patient education and wants to build long-term relationships with patients.
What You’ll Do
  • Perform patient exams, re-exams, and review X-rays
  • Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
  • Provide chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator, and other appropriate techniques
  • Present findings and educate patients on their care
  • Refer for rehabilitation or additional therapies when appropriate
  • Collaborate with our experienced chiropractic and support team
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia
  • Strong adjusting and communication skills
  • Interest in family and wellness-based chiropractic care
  • Webster certification is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday (Fridays end at noon)
  • No weekends or late hours
Compensation
  • $80,000–$120,000/year plus Uncapped performance bonuses
  • Additional commission potential of approximately $20K/year when on target
