We are seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing multi-site pain management practice.
This position is not an office manager role. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed multiple departments, held employees accountable, and driven operational performance in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting.

Our Practice

  • 9 clinic locations
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • 5 providers (growing)
  • Approximately 30 employees
  • Approximately 1,500 patient visits per month
  • Rapidly expanding organization with additional providers and locations planned

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has managed a multi-provider physician practice.

  • Is comfortable making decisions and holding employees accountable.
  • Can coach, develop, and mentor staff.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Primary Responsibility

The Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization executes at a high level every day.
This includes making sure that:
  • Team Leads are accomplishing their responsibilities.
  • Department managers are meeting expectations.
  • Staff members follow company policies and procedures.
  • Training is completed.
  • Operational initiatives assigned by executive leadership are implemented.

This position is ultimately responsible for ensuring that expectations communicated by leadership are carried out throughout the organization.
