- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
- Guide patients through rehabilitation programs, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Collaborate with providers across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Washington Physical Therapy License
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
