We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a OT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers.
For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, physicians, occupational therapists.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
  • Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
  • Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
Schedule
  • Full-Time | 40 hours/week (Mon-Friday)
Compensation
  • $100,000–$125,000/year + Up to $12,000 additional annual bonus
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
