Medical Office Manager Carrollton TX (25 min N of Dallas)
We are looking for a dedicated medical office manager/front desk coordinator to join our practice full time in Carrollton TX. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented office manager / front desk coordinator to be the face and operational backbone of our clinic. This role combines front desk excellence with leadership, organization, and daily office management. This role is ideal for someone who naturally builds relationships, keeps things running smoothly and treats the clinic as if it were their own.

Duties:
  • Greet patients warmly and create exceptional first impression
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic flow
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and handle patient communication professionally
  • Collect payments, manage copays, and balance daily transactions
  • Assist patients with questions regarding care plans, scheduling and payments
  • Oversee front desk procedures and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Train, support, and supervise front desk staff
  • Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
  • Coordinate with the doctors to optimize scheduling and efficiency
  • Handle basic insurance verification and billing coordination (training provided if needed)
  • Implement office policies and systems to improve efficiency
  • Manage supplies, inventory and vendor relationships
  • Assist with reports, metrics and clinic performance tracking
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance and professional standards

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic or wellness office preferred but training is possible for the right candidate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Leadership mindset with ability to problem-solve independently
  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and basic billing systems
Schedule:
  • Mon-Friday with Tue/Thursdays ending at 2 pm
Salary (range):
  • up to $65k plus bonus compensation (depending on experience)
