We are looking for a confident, personable, and coachable Chiropractor to join our practice full time in beautiful Salisbury MA. Ideally, the incoming Chiropractor is passionate about helping patients create lasting structural and functional change through spinal correction, exercise, and wellness — not just short-term pain relief. Must value communication, structure, and accountability as well as being committed to high quality corrective chiropractic care. Experience or interest in family care, corrective/structural chiropractic, sports performance, and active rehabilitation is preferred. We welcome both experienced doctors and motivated recent graduates eager to grow within a proven system guided by our Chiro principles.
About us:Our corrective based Chiropractic office has served Salisbury and the surrounding Newburyport–Amesbury–Seabrook area for over 15 years and due to our fantastic reputation for providing the highest level of care, we continue to grow. Our corrective-care model integrates chiropractic adjustments, advanced therapies, exercise protocols, supplement systems, and home-equipment strategies to help patients restore, rebuild, and perform at their best. We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System for clarity and accountability, combined with fantastic communication systems for powerful patient connection and case acceptance.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive exams, x-rays, and progress evaluations
- Develop and present individualized corrective care plans
- Collaborate with the case manager and therapy team for integrated care
- Perform full-spine and extremity chiropractic adjustments (diversified, Thompson drop, flexion-Distraction, instrument assisted Activator)
- Oversee or assist with patient treatments including Focused shockwave therapy, Spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, Exercise protocol guidance and at home equipment integration, Supplement protocol recommendations, Dry needling and instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization, and Postural and corrective techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to EOS scorecard metrics and quarterly goals
Requirements:
Schedule:- Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
- Chiropractic license in MA
- Experience or interest in family care, corrective/structural chiropractic, sports performance, and active rehabilitation is preferred
- Full time (M-F)
Salary (Range):
- $80k – $100k + plus bonus compensation
