We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is willing and motivated to establish and grow a PT department in an existing Physical Medicine clinic within Clarksville, TN. The incoming Physical Therapist will be an essential part of our integrated clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with medical professionals to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes. Ideally, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated team player, who thrives in an inter-professional setting, is entrepreneurial, and can empathize with patients who are in chronic pain and has a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life. Community outreach and relationship building will be crucial aspects of growing and sustaining the PT aspect of the clinic, as well as working together with non-PT providers to accomplish the greatest outcomes for our patients is our collective goal.

Duties:
- Perform physical therapy consultations/examinations
- Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants
- Distribute orthotic bracing as medically needed
- Monitor and initiate hands-on, ordered exercise programs based on written orders
- Educate the patient on the diagnosis, home/lifestyle modifications, exercises and rehab, and services provided in the clinic
- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
- Recognize and acknowledge when patients improve and reach goals
- Assist in the recruitment of new patients through internal and external lead generating activities
- Engage in effective communication with clinical as well as administrative staff to ensure seamless flow of production to allow for increased growth of company’s services delivered to meet the strategic objective of the company
- Attend all clinic meetings as an active participant
Qualifications:
- 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred but will consider recent graduates
- Physical Therapy license in TN
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (prefer DPT)
Schedule:
- Full time (Mon -Friday)
- $85,000 - $105,000 / year
- Bonus compensation: Production bonus based on Department results
