We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at our office in Arlington VA. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team.
We are looking for a compassionate, yet driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide focused exams and care, helping patients improve their functioning and mobility and improve their quality of life. Duties include caring for those suffering from joint pain/injuries and conditions and the incoming PA/NP will be providing comprehensive health care, addressing our patients main concerns. Ideally, the incoming provider has experience with ultrasound guided joint and muscular injections, but we will provide training if needed. We would prefer a part time candidate but for the right person would consider a full time position.

Duties:
- Patient Evaluation and consultation- review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit Ortho/neuro exams, neuropathy exams, functional assessments
- Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
- Educate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, lifestyle changes, and rehab/modalities
- Treatments to include US guided joint, regen med, trigger point, and muscular injections, IV therapies (we will provide training)
- Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and chart patient’s progress
- Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
- Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
- Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- PA/NP License in VA
- Phlebotomy, IV placements, joint injection, and trigger point injection experience preferred but we will provide training
- Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday (office hours are M/W 9-7 and T/TH 6-4)
- $75-$85/hour
- PTO/Vacation 3 weeks
