Duties:
- Evaluates new patients, Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Educates the patient on the services provided in the clinic and Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques and Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
- Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally
- Monitors patients for improvements and setbacks to modify services to help clients meet or exceed expectations
- Monitors patients for compliance and effectively communicate the need to follow recommendations
- Collaboration with clinical as well as administrative staff for comprehensive patient care
- Documentation- timely and accurate, Keep detailed records of each treatment session
- Knowledge of post-surgical rehab for accident-related injuries a plus
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Master degree)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Valid PT license in NJ
- $65/hour
