We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing medical community in Fredericksburg VA. Within our office we treat a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions and the incoming Physical Therapist will work alongside our diverse team to help our patients with their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
  • Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services
  • Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellness
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
  • Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred
Salary:
  • $120k-$150k with productivity bonus potential
