Monday-Friday with ½ day on Fridays!

We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Clarksville, TN. Our enthusiastic team members strive to improve our patient’s quality of life and we are looking for a likeminded PT to join us!

The incoming PT will be responsible for providing patient care, so the patient’s needs, and expectations are exceeded. We are seeking a PT to look at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of individualized treatment plans, working in collaboration with medical professionals to get the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes.

 Duties:

• Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
• Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living based on written orders
• Refer to appropriate inside and outside sources, as necessary
• Patient education on the benefits of PT, services provided in clinic, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
• Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
• Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
• Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude- recognize and acknowledge when patients improve and reach goals
• Oversee PTA’s
• Distribute orthotic bracing
• Assist in the recruitment of new patients through internal and external lead generating activities
• Attend all clinic meetings as an active participant

Requirements:

• Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• PT License in TN
• 1 year of PT experience preferred but will consider recent grads

Schedule:

• Full time
• Monday thru Friday with office hours ending at 12 on Fridays

Compensation:

• $80k-$100k per year (DOE)
